Clarkson Hyde Czech Republic is composed of the following companies: Clarkson Hyde Czech Republic Tax, Clarkson Hyde Czech Republic Audit, Clarkson Hyde Czech Republic Accounting and Clarkson Hyde Czech Republic Light.

Clarkson Hyde Czech Republic was established in 2012 as a group of companies under the original name EDM Utilitas. In 2024, it was renamed to reflect the name of the Clarkson Hyde association of independent auditors, accountants and tax advisors and the fact that it is member of that association. The change in our name will in no way affect our mission and goals.

We are aware of the fact that clients of accounting and tax consulting companies need an individualised approach. We have reviewed the economic and financial position of hundreds of both Czech and multinational corporations and clearly see that every client is different and needs a completely different approach. Putting emphasis on transparency, integrity and individualised approach, we strive to be not only a service provider, but also a reliable partner for enterprises of all sizes in the Czech Republic as well as abroad. In approaching our clients, we fully respect the industry they are engaged in, their business context and their specific needs. Our tax or accounting advisory is then tailored to meet such needs.

Our auditors are impartial and apply audit scepticism in their work. In performing audits, they employ state-of-the-art digital technologies that have been more and more an integral part of our everyday life.

In addition to this, we render VIP consulting services to a small group of our major clients.
